British Airways retires its remaining Boeing 777-200s, seeks more Airbus A380

British Airways is planning to retire its three remaining Boeing 777-200 in the last quarter of 2020 and considering to add more Airbus A380. All three 777-200 of the IAG subsidiary are 24-year-old and have been operated by the British carrier since they were delivered to the operator by the American aircraft manufacturer in 1995. Probably can get some well maintained A388 from Singapore in short order to add to the 12 they have (I think) They will be good aircraft and will fit in well I believe.

This has been a theme with BA-we'll use the A380 if we can get them cheap enough. They keep trying as this article shows

ba please get the b748 instead of the a380.
