Lufthansa Group Goes Gender Neutral

As is the case with many airline groups, Lufthansa Group is trying to become more inclusive. While this is something the airline group has been working on for a while, it sounds like we should expect some material changes shortly. Specifically, both Lufthansa and SWISS are expected to update their customer communication in the near future, to eliminate gender specific references.
