First of all, the CASA is built for landing on unprepared rough terrains. The landing gear is sturdy for this purpose so the initial attempt to land must have been a very hard landing in order to issue a request for an emergency landing. I have been the president of the large skydiving center in France as well as a pilot. The rule was to have a parachute put on for any person present in the aircraft either be the pilot or a non-skydiving guest while doing skydiving runs. In the army crew working the sticks are allowed to be tethered but not in civilian diving centers. So if the co-pilot had no parachute on when lowering the loading gate, it means he removed it after the skydiving runs or he did not obey the rules and regulations. Is it a suicide or an accident? In both cases this young deceased co-pilot was not fit to handle an emergency situation.

It’s a cargo flight. Maybe he was cleared to taxi to the wrong apron. It’s on the co-pilot’s side. Somebody didn’t call for obstruction.

Also Air Tahiti Nui flight from Paris to Tahiti with a stop in LAX. FrenchBee flies to Tahiti from Paris with a stop in SFA. Very competitive prices. As a Skyteam member, does it mean that Air France will share the route with Delta?

Covid has nothing to do with this mess. It’s the gene therapy mandate which is the cause. Airlines received billions of dollars to keep them afloat but they still fired zillions employees who refused to take the jab. These people found work elsewhere and won’t be returning in one of the worst industries. Add to this executive orders from senile or stupid political leaders and you get the perfect recipe for disaster.

Don’t forget Russia has the only rocket capable to shuttle back and forth between the IS and the earth. If Russia decides to stop launching Soyouz then we may lose the IS. Also the rocket used to move back the IS onto its orbit is a Russian rocket specifically built for that purpose. Putin has already brought back to Russia all the staff and the rockets used by the European Space Agency in Kourou in French Guyana. Six launches had to be cancelled for 2022. Billion of dollars of contracts in jeopardy. Don’t forget all the airline traffic from Europe to the Far East and S.E. Asia because flying over Russia is prohibited. All this traffic has been captured by the countries of the BRICS. Sixty airbuses for Russian airlines are sitting in Toulouse finished and unpaid. The European taxpayers have to pay Airbus to keep it from drowning into debt. On the other side Chinese have enough spare parts to keep those planes flying. There is no sanction against Xi-Jiping.

What did you expect with a minister of finances and deputy prime minister, grand daughter of a well known nazi Ukrainian Michael Chomiak who was convicted for genocide and whose extradition was denied twice by Canada. Canada has 1,400,000 citizens of Ukrainian origins. So it’s a very sensitive matter for the politicians.

No assets have been seized just “FROZEN”. To seize an asset is a “casus belli”.

The aircraft has not been seized but “frozen”. The Russian freight company still owns the plane. The creditor who freezes your asset and does not allow you to use it, the maintenance and parking fees have to be paid by the creditor. In this case Transport Canada shall send the bill to Ottawa for payment. The crew is at the charge of the Canadian government (return tickets if the crew is sent back to Russia or hotel and food for the crew if it considers the aircraft is at risk to be damaged and needs to be watched after. If the crew is sent back to Russia, the responsibility of maintaining the aircraft belongs to Transport Canada. Same issue with Russian oligarchs mansions and yachts on the Côte d’Azur in France. All the unpaid bills are sent by the municipalities to the French government for payment of unpaid utility bills and municipal taxes. They have to pay security guards to keep squatters and vandals out. So in the end the local taxpayers are the victims.

Assets are frozen not seized. Big difference. Also many of these assets are registered in offshore corporations based in fiscal havens upon which no sanctions are imposed and where the US, UK and EU have no juridiction. This type of article is just to please the warmongering crowds. There are so many aviation FBOs around the world which will be more than happy to take care of these jets as well as the yachts.
