Boeing Closes In on Making New Dreamliner Deliveries

LONDON—Boeing Co. BA 5.69%▲ commercial airplanes chief Stan Deal said Sunday the manufacturer was “very close” to resuming 787 Dreamliner deliveries after a nearly two-year pause. For todays airlines the delay may have been a blessing as the passager market is moving away from High Capacity Airliners and down to the A-220, A-320, and B-737 Max, Unless your moving into the Freight market then a Widebody Freighter is your goal. Just like Passenger railroads in the late 1940s realized that the profits were ind Freight and not passengers. We are now moving that direction at accelerating rate. The Southwest type Airlines flying the A-320 and B-737 size passanger Airliners will be the Passenger Airlines of the near future to accommidate the ever growing leasure passangers and ever shrinking business traveleers. The next evolution will be the Mach 1+ airliners to fit into the niche of the Business traveler which will become extreme smaller portion of the passanger markets.
