Cracked windshield causes American Airlines jet to make an emergency landing in Norfolk, Virginia USA
An American Airlines flight had to make an emergency landing at Norfolk International Airport Monday, due to a cracked windshield. Steve Sterling, deputy executive director for the airport, said officials were alerted at 1:10 p.m. that a CRJ-700 jet flight 5149 from Charlotte, N.C., to Newport News, would have to come to Norfolk.
