Spirit CEO says airline soaring past reputation of bad service

Spirit has always been hit or miss. My clients either have a routine flight or it's a travel nightmare. Their gate agents are not the friendliest of people. They usually look like they don't want to be there. As a former airline employee, I know that look!
I can definitely agree with you on the gate agents. I think that was the worst part of the whole experience. The FAs on board and the pilots were breath of fresh air after what I was hearing.
They have finally got my vote. The comments kept me from flying them for years. I finally took my first flight with them and was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
