Woman, 19, Arrested For Pointing Laser At Helicopter

HESPERIA (CBSLA.com) — A 19-year-old San Bernardino County woman has been arrested for pointing a laser at an aircraft, officials said Tuesday. Jenny Gutierrez was arrested on Feb. 27 around 10:50 p.m., sheriff’s officials said. Not a long enough... These people that do this should get a single attempted murder charge on each person that is on board... If there were 4 people on board, then it should be 4 charges, and sentenced accordingly. If you are purposely blinding the pilot, you are attempting to kill everyone on board.
