Flight crew orders pizza for passengers on diverted flight
A Denver bound flight was diverted to Pueblo Colorado due to severe weather at DIA. The flight crew showed some good old customer service skills when they ordered pizza for the passengers, while waiting out the storm for two hours on the ground in Pueblo. (www.thedenverchannel.com) Ещё...

I applaud SWA in this positive gesture.
Great publicity for the small price of the pizzas. that's so much better than trying deal with a plane full of anger passengers who all have iphones with cameras that upload to the net and can creat a nightmare in less time than it took to write this comment...
