This one still shows the 2006 livery, which includes the Union Jack on the winglets and has smaller lettering.

And another one, well done Sandi. Right place, right time, eh. Hope you are safe there. From what we're getting on TV here, the civil unrest is in so many cities.

Thanks Gavin. Comments from such a pro are appreciated. Yes we have seen the same reports on TV, but OK here. As for airliners, it appears that the VIR 747's will never return, after years of 3 to 5 of them a day.

So glad to hear your situation is ok Sandi. Pity the 747s are disappearing, not just Virgin, but overall as the old ones go out of service and very few new ones are made and sold. Thank you for the compliment too, but like most of us, I'm just an enthusiastic amateur.
