Boeing 737-800 (N915NN)

After making just one trip to RNO in the first half-year following its unveiling, this one has now started visiting northern Nevada much more frequently; today's DFW-RNO flight is its fourth appearance here and the third within the past few weeks. And I hope it keeps coming; it is wonderful to see the TWA livery in our bright blue sky.

I know it will never happen but I wonder what a Mohawk airlines would look like on a modern jet. MD-80?

Sam could you direct me to a pic of Mohawk Airlines livery, I've never seen it.

Roy there were several, one similar to the 80s continental airlines colors of gold and red but I feel this is best one

Sam, MOH paint will never be seen again for certain. Not only does R. Peach's heirs hold livery and MOH name rights, but the scheme would be considered "politically incorrect" in today's easily offended society. Can you imagine the huge uproar that would occur if a Mohawk Indian head was used in any heritage scheme livery?
Roy, that Goose pic should arrive in your emailbox any moment now. I've got a bunch but I'll send the one I sent to Dave and Cliff that shows how absolutely immense it is. And a PS ... Just enter the three-letter airline identifier into FA's Airline Search box. Unfortunately, a few uploaders are too lazy to fill in that box, but most do and it is the easiest / fastest way to see pics of any airline. In the case of Mohawk, the identifier is MOH. Also, GOOGLE the Larry Myers website which gives the entire history of Mohawk. It contains tons of pics.
