Nice shots of Tigercats, Ken! I hope you got to see it in the air, as well. It is really impressive! Oh, and the ICAO type code for an F7F is TCAT. Take care!

The Grumman F7F used the same P&W R-2800 as the Douglas A-26, Grumman F8F, Republic P-47 and the Vought F4U -- you bet these were all loud, powerful beasts.
