Flying past with the G20 flag, of which India holds the presidency, during rehearsals for Aero India 2023. Written below the G20 logo in Devanagari script is “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or “the World is one Family”, with the theme “One Earth · One Family · One Future”. This helicopter belongs to 112HU “Thoroughbreds”. Raised at Jorhat on 01 Aug 1963, the unit previously flew the Bell 47G, Chetak and Mi-8. It was awarded the President’s Standard on 11 Mar 2014 for exceptional service during war and peace.
