Airbus A321 (N578UW)

sweet angle. My wife and I flew one of the SFO-PHX June 2011 and we hit turbulence most likely following a larger jet climbing out over San Francisco Bay and did quite the wing walk up left up right 3-4 times like on an Olympic half tube...before leveling off and the Pilots throttled up and started climbing steep angle until cruise - lived up to it's name on that flight 5x

The AA Retro. I watch for it daily, but it has never visited Reno .... yet! I was stunned to see an AA 321 here not long ago. Naturally, I HAD to snap it. Got up at 0440 and made it to RNO in time to click it departing. Now I'm hoping that someday this one will stop in to RNO. An excellent pic, Darryl, and Congrats on getting it. *****

Thanks Gary and hope you are able to get a photo of this bird as well. I remember when this livery was once a common site.

Darryl & John G. >>> This is the one I'm missing. Up until very recently, there was no way I could have caught it here at RNO because AA wasn't using A321s here. But now there are AAL A321s so I might get it soon. (I could have gone over to SMF to get it but perhaps now I won't have to.) (Fingers crossed)
