This arrival from Dallas was empty, but over the next 38 hours N819AX would fly back and forth between KRNO and KNKT a total of five times. Each of the three Reno-Cherry Point legs of the RNO-NKT-RNO-NKT-RNO-NKT marathon charter assignment had N819AX fully loaded with over 340 troops, all their individual gear, associated military training exercise cargo, and a full load of fuel for the long flights.
