What is the difference in the RC-135W and the 135S? I flew the 135Ms in Oki and the tail number is similar to our birds.

Cobra Ball (S model) has a blacked out wing.
The W model is a reconfigured M model. 4130 is a late comer to the fleet. It is a cousin of the M fleet - 131, 132, 134, 135, 138 and 139.
