Five Stars is only 1/4th of the true value of this click! Later this year, our group of spotters out here will be selecting our choices for the 60 finest FA photogs in 2018. (We did 150 last year; decided to limit the total to 60 this year. Picking 150 was extremely difficult last year; it is going to be horrendously difficult now. But getting together to view pics and make our choices is fantastically fun.) Last year was the first time we've done it; we've refined the criteria and the procedure a bit now. One of the (numerous) stipulations & requirements is that when we nominate a photog, we will be required to submit two photos taken by that photog to accompany our nominations. Since there are still several months to go, we are all keeping our options open regarding which photographers we will nominate. But I'll tell you right now, RWB, I've just selected one photog I'm going to nominate and one pic I'm going to submit -- 'cause this is a killer awesome snap! (PS #1 - Nah, there isn't any "prize" - yet. We are trying to figure out something we can give that won't break the bank. Sixty winners is a lot of winners. PS #2 - Yes, we have all agreed that no member of our group may be nominated. We had this same rule last year, too.)
