Beautiful. Great Pic!
This is a lovely photo! My wife, Susanne, spent 13 years in the USAF and New Mexico Air National Guard maintaining the engines in Hueys like this one! She rose to the rank of Staff Sgt. as a powerplant mechanic at Kirtland AFB here in Albuquerque! Two of her birds just surpassed 20,000 hours of flawless service, although Bell predicted a service life of only 4,000 hours when they sold them to the gubmint! She is my hero....I really love hearing them come over the house with their "not-too-stealthy" whop-whop-whop-whop blades beating air into submission!
