Eric Shepherd - The aircraft in your photo is not a T-34C Turbo Mentor... it is a Beechcraft T-6D Texan II. This is one of four (4) delivered to the U.S. Army in 2015 for "operational support, testing, utility, and chase plane roles" per Wikipedia.
Joe Baugher's published information provides the following regarding the aircraft you have captured a photo of, which is U.S. Army s/n 14-00065...
"Beechcraft T-6D Texan II, Delivered to US Army Aviation Flight Test Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL Jun 17, 2015."
http://www.joebaugher.com/usaf_serials/2014.html
The Textron/Beechcraft website provides additional information regarding the role of this aircraft for the U.S. Army...
"...the four T-6D aircraft will perform such missions as: Operational Support Airlift, utility, training, chase, airspeed calibration support, cloud physics research, and stores component research and qualification."
More on the T-6D Texan II can be found on Textron/Beechcraft's website at this link...

Thank you Cliff for taking care of me!!! I corrected the other two pics also. It looked fairly new, or at least a new paint job, very clean a/c. Thanks again! Stay safe.
Eric - You are very welcome and thanks for the good words! :-)
You may also want to enter TEX2 for Aircraft Type designation in the Photo Tags section. It should default then to "Raytheon Texan 2"... and also the full U.S. Army s/n of 14-00065 for Registration/Tail #.
That should associate it with all the other T-6 Texan II aircraft in FA's photo library!

Fixed, much better. Thank you again my friend!
Eric - You are most welcome and thanks once more for the kind words!
