This Herky Bird, N130CG, is an EC-130Q with Lockheed's manufacturer s/n 382-4904 showing in the FAA civil registry.

It has an interesting history according to Joe Baugher's information... starting with the assigned US Navy BuNo of 161496...

"161496 (MSN 382-4904) to NCAR for spares, stored at WIA Yard, Tucson. In 2017 was in rework to become tanker T-134 with Coulson Group."
