I thought this was actually a well written piece of an article. Would really like to have been given that chance!

Very important here, she is suing for loss of inheratance,on the reservation, from the indian(insert flavor)council. What is not being talked about is her drunk husband, with others from this reservation, were probably flying in prohibited(SP?)substances. Another thing the woman who kicked the pilots seat(not the husband) was she just bracing, ( broken ankles), or did she cause the accident? I think she did. But, why is the pilot @ fault? The wife should wonder why her husband was out with others women, and getting drunk. And according to the story, transporting booze to a no booze zone. Pilot Not @ fault. Insurance company should sue the crash victims, because they were obviously trying to circumvent the local laws, and traditions. The pilots wife should countersue the indian council, for thier actions.

The right of the American worker to unionize is their right and choice. The Government needs to stay out of the issue, and not influence nor demand certain work issues. Although the biggest fed troublemakers are backed by the unions. Neither Orville, nor Wilbur were members of any unions, nor was Henry Ford. And some people wonder why American companies are trying to move jobs overseas, here is the reason, inflated worker costs benefitting none but the PAID POLITICIANS! NANCY>>> Give it up, quit with the tired party(socialist)line. You lost!

Thanks for the numerous corrections, since no one is reading the previous ones. This one was a little more detailed and worked for me. Thanks, I will pucker up any time I see a Pilot exit the Cockpit during flight now. Hopefully his COP is aware of the issue, and PROPERLY trained on his controls.

What really bothers me about this is that the airlines have increased their fares to match or even exceed the previous fares, which means they are getting pure profit off of this. There is no reduction in fare pricing due to the elmination of this tax. In The meantime, thousands of gov. contractors have been laid off. What a great way to stimulate the economy, the big companies get more money, and the workers get the shaft. Same thing that has been happening in the US for a while, and now there is a clear and consise trail to follow the action/reaction of our politicians decisions/actions. Follow the money trail people. Who really benefits from this issue?

This is another example of our stupid Government at work. While all the airlines are no longer charging/collecting these taxes, they have jacked up their tickets to match or exceed the previous costs. That is where the problem is. The airlines were needing money. Please note the thousands of people laid off, or paying out of pocket without pay , to perform their jobs. WHat the heck you dumb congress Critters? THis is a blatant money scheme by the corporations to increase profit/income. THe story stated that the money was insignificant to what was being brought in as a result.
