also Eyewitness (about 4 or 5) had observed a nightflight over Maledives Island, this makes sense in case they where unsuccessful on the radar shadow maneuver resp.Visually P/U the Barcelona bound B777 .Doing the math , they missed him by many minutes,estpecially if he got a shortcut to a good greatcircle waypoint. TCAS is built for maybe max 32 NM ball-radius one-from-another Boing . Even following these waypoints on the IFR high altitude jet route map would not help,if they came too late to the party. So plan B to reach Pakistan/Iran/Ogaden would be stay out of primary radar (Some radar go acvtually out 400nm for non stealth targets skin painting as highly reflectable as a B777 . Involving low altidute tree high flying at night in the borderarea Somalia .

Your father in Law would have ACARS ON for EMERGENCY ,Transponder OFF can be considered an Emergency, also even with or without 7700 or 7600 or 7500 in the box selected fee free service ,LAT LONG ALT immediately , at any irregularity , compare Fedex flight 705 in the 90-ties, The Captain got his scull hammered in with a fire axe,. kept on flyinmg manually,arobatic maneuvers "my only weapon now I have,is my airplane" he sayd after Emergency Landing in Memphis TN.

Even more than redicoulious 5 days later Thai Primary target radar gives the tape,why not same night ?"You did not ask for" This answer looks a lot like complicity ! yes ,in one instance , a cell phone in Bejing actually rang and inicated the callers ID .It was a Passanger on Board.No conversation in voice however was established "call dropped " she sAid.

Putin would pull off something like this at anytime.But China could have gone along and let them pull it off. Have the world believe the B777 is lost . Let the pilot and passenger and crew believe ,nothing is wrong. Jamm signals, impersonate ATC tape voices etc, just as necessary to isolate flightcrew from the est of the world, they do their job,like everyday,they fly waypoint by waypoint. Answer thye radio if ATC calls, check in on the next sector, report level and position and next fix etc.like everyday.On ground, after Landing Peking ,ground control marshalls them to a segregated area cell phone towers silenced for that time,Buss them away 239 persons incl, Ighurs ,who may have chinese arrest warrants anyway.The 2 iranians, Mr Wood with all his snoden secrets in his head, and adn and. Vietnam said ,MH370 never signed on.. could be a lie !
