Local aviation pioneer Joe Clark is the man most responsible for those elegant upswept wingtips now standard on new Boeing 737s. We send our sympathies, condolences, and prayers to his family and friends.
I only spoke with Mr. Clark on conference calls during the Continental Airlines 757 Winglet Modification at TIMCO-GSO. Great guy.

A very good friend of mine worked for the Aviation Partners for many years. He really enjoyed his time there so Mr Clark must have been quite a fellow.
