Boeing Sets Date For 787-10 Dreamliner First Flight

Did UAL have these already in service??
How could they have as its the FIRST flight of the first one of its type. All other 787 AC have been of the other two smaller configs.
According to Planespotters.net UAL operates 12 788s and 20 789s.
