FAA just happened to be there to meet the balloon. Not contacting ATC. Coincidence? Sounds like more than just the balloon is going to get deflated.
Yeah, they haven't figured out the deal yet. No radio and unauthorized flight. News media has still yet not talked to pilot. Entire city is pretty much under LIT airspace. Nor a big deal but that is why flights must be authorized.
