All have been registered as Democrats in the Second Ward. As they did not come from Mexico they are not yet eligible for Illinois Drivers Licenses, but the ACLU is expected to file suit on their behalf shortly for this discrimination.
I think they should file suit against whoever made their heads become detached from the rest of their bodies.
