Kudos to the Easyjet driver for self-reporting.
Self reporting and open discussion are bedrocks of our safety system and enviously good results. It’s not helpful when our current U.S. government says it will go after pilots who make mistakes. Speaking of which, where were the FAA and DOT when NUMEROUS reports were coming in of helicopter/aircraft interactions at DCA? Shame on previous administrations that ignored setting up a good safety system in favor of fat cat helo transport.
Well then it's a good thing our current U.S. government DIDN'T say "it will go after pilots who make mistakes."
Let’s not jump to conclusions or speculate about the unknown.
We don’t know what happened on the flight .
Why suspended?
The fact is , All passengers and crew members were safe .

Exactly.
Any landing you walk away from is a good landing

Made an error, self reported the incident, preventively suspended for the investigation. Soon we can all learn from this, and that is what makes aviation a safe industry. Well done Easyjet and crew!
