Nice, absolutely my favorite of all their liveries through the years. Simple, clean, but beautiful.

The livery is nice and attractive but they also know how to run an airline.Everybody will have their detractors evry now and then as a result of a bad experience, but a seasoned road warrior knows that nobody is perfect and like I said, they know how to run an airline and make lemonade out of the occasipnal lemon that comes along

I remember 15 years ago everyone was wondering why Delta hadn't changed from their basic Widget design that was a mainstay for 30ish years. This would be the third scheme since! Probably the fastest three new paint schemes for a carrier. I liked all DL colors, the shortlived updated widget (1996ish) and then Wavy Gravy (I think that was my favorite of all the new ones) and then newest (which looks nice as well).

Please apologize the immature words but, just got into ATL and the fleet looks damn sexy in 2007 livery.

Unfortunately a good looking paint job on the outside means nothing once you're inside. After several years of nearly exclusive flights on AA (maybe 40 or 50 flights total), we gave Delta a chance on a KIND-KATL-KFLL round trip last month. I can't say we were impressed. The cabins and lavatories were dirty, the IFE didn't work at one of our seats (the return 757 had no IFE at all), and the FA's were generally more interested in gabbing than in taking care of the passengers. Even the seat pitch was less in each aircraft type (MD80 and B757) than in AA. And that was all in First Class! Only 1 of the 4 flights lived up to AA's First Class standards, and it turned out they lost my bag on that flight. Even the Sky Clubs in KFLL and KATL were dirty, and the air conditioning at KATL didn't work.

So after our little experiment it's back to AA for us, even if it means longer flight times to get to KDFW for our connections. With very few exceptions, we have found them to be much more professional, and the couple of extra inches of legroom is always welcome when you're 6'4" tall! And the bare metal red, white, and blue AA livery still looks sharp after all these years.
