This is call frivolous lawsuit... Ambulance chasing BS..
This plane landed with minimal casualty after returning the the Airport due to issue on board after earlier take-off. I guess walking away from potential graver mishap now has a value? What are the specific claims? Should be interesting.

If Avenatti doesn't dispel the notion that ethics and any connection to the term barrister is an oxymoron, the vanguards here still remember the esquire of " you're not an aviator" that took us years to shed. New day, new lawsuit. Cheers!
