A plane had to make an emergency landing at Sacramento International Airport on Saturday morning, according to officials. Officials with the Federal Aviation Administration said a Spirit Airlines Airbus A319 had to land at SMF because of an electrical issue around 7:50 a.m.The plane was returning from Las Vegas when it began to have the electrical issue. It was able to land safely but lost electrical power before it got to the gate, and had to be towed to Terminal B, Sacramento County officials said.
