I'd like to know the story behind this! FYI, that's a Fokker F.27 400M, not an FH-227.

This is a Fokker F.27-400M, not a Fairchild Hiller FH-227.
Trust me, I'm an FH-227 Historian.

How does one tell the difference between an FH-227 and an F-27 without looking it up the N-number? Any visual clues? More windows in the 227?

@Access air : If I remember ,the FH was stretched to 56 pax while the F27 was 49 pax (at least the ones 200 I worked with). and the cargo door was larger? Its so far that I m not sure..any more
