And with an engineless IAI Westwind model 1124 in the foreground next to the Lear!...the 1124 was developed from the original Aero Commander model 1123. Much greater fuel capacity in the 1124 (8700 pounds with all tanks full). Excellent payload/range capability. Cruise Mach 0.73, burning 1700pounds the first hour, and then plan on 1300 pounds per hour. Target type thrust reversers were standard equipment.
