That's a Cessna C210 Centurion. The correct ICAO code is C210, not TU20.

Art's got it! It's a 1971 Turbo TU206E. The FAA Registry website is your friend!
Turbo Stationair is ICAO code T206.
Turbo 206 for sure. Note the screws holding the lower nose plate below the prop where gear doors would have been if it were a 210. Turbo with the side cheeks on the forward section of the cowling.
For me, its a 182 RG
