Douglas DC-7 (N836D)
Engine #3 has failed, pilots have retracted the landing gear. The aircraft climbed and made a shallow left turn and returns to Charlotte International Airport and landed without incident. This aircraft currently belongs to the Aviation Museum of the Carolinas. Donations towards a new engine can be made to the Aviation Museum of the Carolinas, which incidentally has the "Miracle on the Hudson" US Airways A320 on display.
