Really a defective switch. The last I heard it was pilot error they were looking at and that the plane had no defects. Was I wrong????
Plaintiffs allege many things hoping for a sympathetic jury and a big payout.
Would that be the Crash Switch?
Yes....commonly referred to as the "Asiana 214 switch"
Hope the judge throws it out. Seems like a ludicrous allegation.
