Ramp fee depends on the size of the aircraft. Full Service FBO. Customs located on the field until 1700L, but customs can be available at any time with proper appointment.

To begin with, the linesman was disintrested in helping us with luggage and assisting with deplaning (while my father and I got out bags he made my mom go get the luggage cart).
Fast forward to depature 2 days later. The hostile secretary didn't want anything to do with us and in my mothers words jumped down our throats and then could barely muster up a screw driver and never offered assistance when we needed it. They just stood around like government workers.
But it gets better. After buying 40 gallons of fuel and paying we left. We got home to find they ran an additional charge on the card because they "under charged" us for parking. Our credit card was put on hold and we were unable to buy fuel at our next airport (thankfully it was our base airport). I am very surprised a large airport such as buffalo would hold such an aweful fbo. If you are going to the city of buffalo KIAG is the way to go Beechcraft 55 Baron |
